Just Finished running today for about 6.44 km with pace 6'30 min/km.
It's not my best running paces due to the track contours within 58m different between below and upper track lines.
Meanwhile my left leg still in pain, that's why I have to go to my fisioterapist to get treatment. Hopefully will get better sooner to catch up on the race next month. ππΌπ
