TIC..? Maybe some of you still don't know what it's stand for... Yes, it's rings ones bell if you love to travel and wanna hunting a new exotic places in Indonesia.

Tic on Countries incl. Sin, Mal, HK, Ned, dan US (Indonesia using IndiHome Cable TV).

It's easy to found preview of The Indonesia Channel on YouTube  http://youtu.be/morOH8mbQT0  but still limited access to view a content due to its positioning as Cable broadcasting TV.

Not like usual other TV Stations that use free to the air access and get profit from advertising, TIC seems to choose different business model.

With the power of content creation and its positioning as television that revealed the beauty of Indonesia, TIC have it's kinds of bargaining power with several Cable TV Operators. Moreover, TIC tourism programs s.a archipelago usually tells us about overall tourists needs during vacation including accommodations.

When tells story about interesting places, people also loves to hear where the best hotel to stay there. On this kind of situation, its easy for TIC getting its additional income from the hotel owners to becoming part of a TV content program.

Another important aspects to getting closer with more audience from countries and local ones including expatriates and foreign tourist is a collaboration with the foreign and local Cable TV Operators as well. One of Cable television which has worked with TIC is IndiHome by Telkom Indonesia, also Known as UseeTV.

TIC strategic choose to gets IndiHome as its partners has a background regarding IndiHome occupation are the best among others and found everywhere even on remote place in Indonesia.

With IndiHome, audiences will have advantages in the way they enjoying TV Program. IndiHome known as TV that everyone can enjoyed at their best. It has a feature called rewinds, fast forward, paused, ect. So we can see entire TV programs at certain time with any different program as we love.

By choosing the right local Cable TV partners and foreign as well, TIC has made clear path to becoming leading Television that spreads Indonesia beauty to corners of the World.

On line System for public service is a must

Jakarta is a big city with acute traffic problems. Therefore it needs mass transportation to overcome huge traffic jam almost in overall hour activity from day break until late at night.

Today, the first lanes of mass rapid transit (MRT) is still under construction. It connects southern parts of the city to its downtown business district Sudirman and Thamrin Area. MRT believe will be solved 20% of traffic problems in order to reducing cars movement on the streets.

Before MRT solution take place, most people still depends on highway that unfortunately need more and more free surrounded area to make more wider highway to cope with "cars explosion" growth. Widening a highways will be a tough decisions to make, concerning more money to invest and maintenance purpose.

Therefore government gave policy to endorse private sector to build highway tolls to fulfill demand and gave operators permission to received profits from public users.

In the beginning, this policy seems solved the problem, but now as a growing of a cars not properly responded by a highway growth due to a lack of area on street shoulder, then there is no longer be different between paying-highway to pay less one.

However government tries to solved the problem, considering certain condition s.a :

1. Change paying highway policy to become payless > difficult to be done in order to fund maintenances budget.

2. Pay less highway even though subsidies with APBN (Government budget) could trigger people to buy more car therefore turn out to be worsened solution.

3. Occasional Discount on Peak Season especially when Moslem Idul Fitr Holiday like now, or during Christmas holidays : would be difficult because hard to release policy simultaneously all over paying highway due to lack of online system / infrastructures.

But Surprisingly on recent idul fitr holiday, Jokowi Government announced discount paying-highway policy until 40% less than usual pass.

This policy follow simultaneously to all over paying / toll highway through out of Countries instead of Jakarta alone.

The day I write this blog is a last day the toll highway discount take place, it's about 5 hours form I posts this blog till midnight the policy is over.

Discount toll tickets

However there is stil a question whether a  toll highway operator has upgraded its system online or they simply switch the paying booth on every entry or exit gateway manualy? Nevertheless credits is for Jokowi government who knows to threats well to his middle working class.. Well done mr. Presidents πŸ™πŸΌπŸ‘

First

Just Finished running today for about 6.44 km with pace 6'30 min/km.
It's not my best running paces due to the track contours within 58m different between below and upper track lines.
Meanwhile my left leg still in pain, that's why I have to go to my fisioterapist to get treatment. Hopefully will get better sooner to catch up on the race next month. πŸ™πŸΌπŸ˜Š
